Arrival and stay
•    your booking will be confirmed after having received a deposit of 200 Euro which can be paid by bank transfer
•    preferred days of arrival: friday, saturday or sunday
•    the apartments are available from 2pm to 6pm, in the case of late arrival please contact us in advance
•    a cleaning fee of 25 Euro (without citchen) will be applied if you request a clean-up during your stay
•    animals are not accepted

Departure
•    For organizational reasons we kinldy ask you to settle the bill 1 day prior to your departure
•    the apartments are to be freed at 10 am on the day of departure
•    final cleaning fee (see price list)

Furniture and settings
Kitchen:
oven, cooker, extraction hood, dishwasher, coffe machine, cooking wear, dinnerware, fridge, freezer, sink.

Living area:
table, chairs, sofa, cable TV, telephone, storeroom.

Bath room:
shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, toilet, bidet.

Services without extra charge:
•    heated outdoor swimming-pool, garden area, canvas chair, sunshades
•    elevator
•    bicycles
•    open all year round
•    cloakroom
•    outdoor parking

Services with extra charge:
•    washing 3€; drying 3€
•    Towels are changed upon demand: extra towel 2,50€; bath towel 3,50€

Services with extra charge and prior registration at the Aktivhotel Pöder (1,5 km), see price list
•    breakfast buffet
•    dinner (dinning room with AC or outdoors)
•    menu for children
•    lobby bar
•    use of in-house spa, outdoor swimming-pool, indoor swimming-pool, hot whirl pool

Long-term rental

Method of payment
Cash, bank or post transfer, traveller cheque. We grant a 1% discount on payments upto 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
Kindly inform us as soon as possible if you have to cancel your vacation. Cancellations upto 30 days prior to arrival are accepted free of charge.
Cancellation upto:
30 days - 7 days prior to arrival 70% of the booked fee.
7 days prior to arrival, delayed arrival or early departure 100% of the booked fee.
The policies find application even if the apartments can be let again.
